By creating an account or using the Yojarv platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — free trial and premium — across all devices and platforms.
Yojarv is a personal financial planning tool designed for Indian individuals and families. It allows users to track income, financial commitments (EMIs, insurance, subscriptions), investments and wealth, insurance coverage, and financial goals. An AI-powered advisor provides personalised recommendations based on the data you enter.
Yojarv is a planning and tracking tool. It does not provide regulated financial advice, and we do not have SEBI/RBI/IRDA registration. All AI outputs are for informational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Yojarv. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After 30 days, the account transitions to a read-only mode — your data is preserved but you cannot add new entries or use AI features until you upgrade to Premium.
Premium costs ₹199 per 30-day period. Payment is manual — there is no auto-renewal. You choose when to renew. Premium features are active for 30 days from the date of payment. After expiry, the account returns to read-only mode. All your data is preserved permanently regardless of plan status.
Premium features include: continued data entry across all modules, AI Financial Advisor access, monthly AI reports, auto cashflow updates, and priority support.
All payments are non-refundable. Since there is no auto-renewal and you pay manually for each 30-day period, we do not offer refunds for any reason including non-use, technical issues on your end, or change of mind. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
We take your financial data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell, share, or lease your personal or financial data to any third party. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Yojarv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on the platform's outputs. The AI Advisor provides informational suggestions only — always consult a qualified financial professional for significant decisions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
All content, design, and software in Yojarv is owned by Yojarv and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
