Please read this policy carefully before making a payment. We have designed our pricing to be fair and transparent — starting with a free 30-day trial so you can fully evaluate Yojarv before spending anything.

No Refunds

All Premium plan payments are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Why No Refunds?

Yojarv offers a full-featured 30-day free trial with no credit card required. This gives you ample time to evaluate every feature — the AI Advisor, all six financial modules, goal planning, and analytics — before making any payment decision. Because we provide this risk-free trial period, we do not offer refunds on Premium payments.

How Our Pricing Works

₹199 per 30-day period — manual renewal, no auto-charge.

Yojarv Premium is not a subscription in the traditional sense. There is no auto-renewal. You pay ₹199 when you choose to, and your Premium access is active for 30 days from that payment. When those 30 days end, nothing happens automatically — you simply choose whether to renew.

What Happens When Premium Expires

Day 0 — You pay ₹199 Full Premium access unlocked for 30 days.

Day 27 — Reminder sent We notify you by email that your plan expires in 3 days.

Day 30 — Plan expires Premium features are locked. Your account moves to read-only mode.

After expiry — Your data is safe All your financial data is preserved permanently. Nothing is deleted. You can view existing entries but cannot add new ones or access AI features.

Data Preservation Guarantee

Regardless of your plan status, your financial data is never deleted due to expiry. Whether you are on a free trial, Premium, or have let Premium lapse, all your income records, investments, goals, and commitments remain in your account indefinitely. You will always be able to export your data.

We do not make exceptions to this policy, including for:

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge or wrong amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@yojarv.com with your payment receipt. Verified billing errors will be resolved promptly.
